Training on how to be a good manager in the 21st Century
The world is changing so quickly and we don't know anymore what a good manager / "leader" is expected to do!
Few years back it was still nice and easy: there were management books and if you followed the rules it all worked well.
Now by the time we agree on what the solution is, it is already too late and we're trying to solve another problem!! The market is changing just too quickly, and people leave their jobs in no time... there is no time to train them...
We want a good training on howq to be a manager… more

Create a tribe of people who have a positive impact
We bring together people who have a positive impact and create a new organism based on that.
We encourage each other to do good and support each other. We follow the "network" principle and mutual impact as described by Nicholas Christakis - http://www.youtube.com/user/TEDtalksDirector#p/u/5/2U-tOghblfE

ogranise parties and events
Everyone who supports Seeducation and has a talent could organise a small event / party around something they're good at: for example play some music, or show your paintings. Maybe organise a board game at home, or a football competition. People could even have a Wii competition if the weather's bad! Then they ask for donations to join or participate in the competition...

Direct involvement in real projects/businesses created by members of seeducation, the best way to learn is to do.
Allow members to become involved in projects/businesses created by Seeducation members, profits from these projects could be reinvested in Seeducation. This would allow people to explore ideas and the concensus for the development of new ideas would come from the community. It would also allow new people to get involved in actually projects rather than learning through rote or demonstration.

tell us about your stakeholders...
just a suggestion but what about talking a bit more about who your stakeholders are, who supports seeducation and why, get some endorsement to enhance networking opportunities and association feeling. The power of recognition and acknowledgement surely is part of your values and I would really like to hear about who supports seeducation and how... just an idea really...
